About Namibian Fencing
Fencing in Namibia is a growing sport built on skill, discipline, and community. The Namibian fencing community brings together athletes of all ages who train, compete, and represent the country both locally and internationally. From beginners picking up a weapon for the first time to experienced competitors on the international stage, our goal is to develop the sport, support athletes, and create opportunities for everyone to experience fencing. Through clubs, coaching, and national events we continue to grow the sport and build a strong fencing community in Namibia.
Competitions
Fencing competitions bring together athletes from across Namibia to test their skill, strategy, and determination on the piste. Events are organised throughout the year for different age groups and experience levels, from local tournaments to national championships. Competitions are an important part of developing athletes and growing the sport, giving fencers the opportunity to challenge themselves, improve their ranking, and represent their clubs and country.
